The Dinner Theatre Waiter is the waiter at the Ye Olde Shakespear Dinner Theatre.

He shows up at the start of the episode to give Dan his soup, and attempts to calmly quiet Dan down. He's extremely kind, despite Dan's rudeness. He isn't seen again.
