Appearance
The appearance of the person talking to Elise from various devices is unknown. We only see visualized audio on a screen when he talks. Not even Elise knows what he looks like because the organization erased her memories of the meeting.
Career and Life
He works for a shady government organization, where he is Elise's superior, who gives her orders.
Personality and Traits
Pretty much nothing is known about this character. He seems to watch Elise's actions and those of people she is involved with constantly, despite stating how much trust he has in her.
