The Rowdy Fans are the angry people who are scammed by The [[Counterfeit Ticket Salesman] into buying useless tickets. Dan refers to the two of them sitting down as 'yokels'.

They're the ones who form the riot(specifically the male yokel starts it) that forces the riot control to deploy.
