The Hot Dog Man from D.C. is a minor character from Dan Vs Baseball

He charges 20 dollars a hot dog, and apparently sleeps on a large pile of money. He seems to be doing well for himself, and is even tasked with giving hotdogs to the Commissioner. His fate is never seen on screen, but Dan mentions he knocked him out and proceeded to steal his clothes. Dan then used his outfit/cart to kidnap the Commissioner.
