The Ruling Body of Baseball are the various high ranking officials who run American Baseball in the world of Dan Vs. In the episode Baseball, they are the ones Dan and Chris send the random offer to after kidnapping The Commissioner

They do not appreciate the offer, and Dan and Chris back out of the attempt before it can go through. They are never seen again
