Commissioner's Aide

I'm his Aide.

The Commissioner's Aide is the assistant of the Commissioner of Baseball. He lets in Dan(pretending to be the DC Hot Dog Man) and then leaves to grab a wine malt for his boss. He was never seen again, but was presumably fired for failing to prevent the kidnapping.
